
Dr Tony Bradshaw set up Biosocius in 2015 and MyFuturePlan in 2018 and has since worked with around 800 individuals and 50 organisations. MyFuturePlan has become core to activities and is also at the heart of the Resilience Centre of Excellence Leadership Accelerator.

MyFuturePlan (MFP) is a group and team coaching program focused on building self awareness and accelerating personal skills development.
We use a combination of group online and face to face sessions, MyFuturePlan 1 & 2, to build self-awareness and understand your key personal development areas early in your career.

Individual
Expanding upon the main MyFuturePlan programme, MFP Individual provides a deeper dive into areas such as emotional intelligence and personal resilience supported by psychometric tools. The sessions often follow MFP1 & 2 but you can access directly individual coaching which is delivered online.
This team based coaching process starts with individual discussions focussed on understanding each team members strengths and ambitions. A team workshop then follows, built around the insight gained, exploring opportunities to enhance team performance as reflect on a people strategy for the organisation.

My approach to coaching was formed during the Henley Business School Certificate in Coaching in 2012 (Grade A+). I have subsequently trained with Nancy Kline in Time to Think and am a Firework licensed coach.
Everyone is unique and talented, and my approach helps coachee’s define and channel their preferred approach to work considering their technical skills, experience and personality to realise their ambition.
I specialise in coaching people early in their career because they get less attention and the impact can be fast and tangible. They may be stuck and want an impartial perspective on their strengths and opportunities or be leading a team for the first time and want to build their managerial confidence.
At a more senior level coaching focusses on enhancing the performance of leadership teams in small companies.
The majority of coaching assignments involve psychometric assessment around personality, emotional intelligence and personal resilience.
