Using expertise built over 40+ years working in the BioTechnology Sector, Tony Bradshaw acts as a consultant assessing where the priorities are for improving people strategies, and identifies current and succession gaps and future talent needs.

I analyse people situations, providing the leadership team with the data to develop a strategic approach to people management and leadership. The approach focuses on understanding your staff through combining personality profiling with each staff members experience, qualifications and ambition. This builds a picture that gives a biotechnology company the best chance of attracting and retaining its staff as well as being proactive with respect to succession planning.
